v4l16 is helping me study the l16 by letting me play with the V4L2 devices.

I probably should just use `v4l-utils` or `v4l2-ctl`, but building it requires the android source tree and that just seemed a little annoying! I'd much rather spend the time learning to setup a dev environment and further my knowledge of V4L2.
